EXCEL Green Ball
EXCEL Green players transition from the Orange Court, and/or have the necessary strength, stature and skill to handle the full-sized 78’ court, playing mostly with the USTA and ITF regulation green ball, and are challenged to adapt to the larger court space and to the faster and higher bouncing ball.

About
EXCEL Green players focus on tactical training, which is a signature of all SPORTIME and John McEnroe Tennis Academy programs. Players start or continue to train in a variety of “live ball” situations to help them learn to make good decisions both when attacking and defending. Technical refinements, made by SPORTIME’s expert directors and coaches, are ongoing, as players develop more strength and coordination and acquire more skills. SPORTIME’s expert coaches focus on preparing players for their involvement in USTA sanctioned tournaments.
SPORTIME U10 Green Ball players enjoy free walk-on privileges and play with another program participant for FREE and players are encouraged to participate in the SPORTIME World Tour, our tournament series celebrating the Grand Slam ATP Tournaments. These theme-based events are open to all Red, Orange and Green ball program participants, at no cost, and hosted by SPORTIME/JMTA locations throughout the season.
Junior Tennis & Sports Membership is required.
