FUNctional Interval Training (FIT)

F.I.T. is a high-energy, full-body workout designed to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness through dynamic interval training. This class combines functional movements, cardio bursts, and strength exercises to help you move better, feel stronger, and build lasting results.

Capital Silver Level Membership is required to participate in Group Exercise classes.
